Miss Freya began her own dance training at the age of 2.

Whilst very quiet and reserved at school, on stage she found a new confidence which only grew and grew with each opportunity to train and perform. She believes that dance training is more than learning a few moves- it builds confidence, resilience, fosters life long friendships and self belief.  It is this reason that she endeavours to share her love and passion for dance and the arts with the next generation of performers. 

Miss Freya trained largely at Grayes Theatre Arts, the Brit School, the Royal Academy of Dance contemporary company, Rambert, Base, Pineapple, the London Children's Ballet and Creative Dance Academy. She has danced at Sadler's Wells, Trinity Laban, Bird College, the London Youth Games, the Royal Festival Hall, Wandsworth Art Fringe, the Lord Mayor's Parade and gained a role as brand ambassador for Move It at the Excel. She gained a place at the National Tap Awards and National Ballet Awards through ISTD. She has also had roles in pantomimes and images featuring her dancing have been featured in marketing used by Bird College. She successfully gained offers to train at prestigious dance organisations including London Studio Centre, Italia Conti and ICTheatre (now Performers College). 

She has trained in the genres of ballet, tap, modern, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and musical theatre.
